Survey Technician: Under direction of senior office employees, perform office surveying tasks, including: read, interpret, and check field survey notes and raw survey data produced by field crew. Operate office software including AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD Land Development Desktop, Draft topographic surveys, architectural site surveys, Tentative, Final and Parcel Maps, Staking Plats, Condominium Plans, Corner Records, Records of Surveys, and other survey map product using survey data collected by the field crew. Search for, analyze, and check survey maps including City Monument Maps, Records of Survey, Parcel Maps, Final Maps, Corner Records, and old survey records. Search for, analyze, and check real property conveyances and legal descriptions to aid senior staff in checking for real property ownership issues, overlaps, gaps, easements, etc.

Requirement: 2 years of experience in engineering or related.
